Albert William Gregory, motor driver, aged 20. pleaded guilty iu the Magistrates’ Court, Wellington, yesterday to 11 charges of the theft of goods in August, September, October and November last from Woolworths (N.Z.) Joseph, who appeared for accused, who elected to be dealt with summarily. Mr. Stout, B.M>, deferred sentence till this morning. Charge Denied.

Donald Henry Gregory, motor driver, aged 21. pleaded not guilty to a. charge of stealing, at Wellington, on December 2 HH2, two packages containing five dozen pairs of pyjamas and _stx men’s suits, of a total value of LbJ/10/-, the property of the Napier-elhugton Transport Co., Ltd., and was remanded till January 27.
