The league’s management committee has decided that for the remainder ot this season the registration of players will be accepted on the ground if necessary. In the event of a team defautling or a team having more than its requisite number of players available, surplus players may fill gaps in other teams. All cases, however, must bo referred to a member of the management committee on the ground, or, tn the event of none being present, to the official umpire.
