Rice Rationing by Chinese.
A voluntary system for the rationing of rice among New Zealand’s Chin -so came into operation on Monday. Importation is muler Government control, and distribution is being perl'ormed by a recently incorporated Chinese Fooit Merchant-Importers’ Association, which has 21 members throughout the Dominion.
