MOSCOW, November 4. Brigadier-General Patrick Hurley (the United States Minister to New Zealand, who recently visited ” ashington.), arrived in bis owii plane from Africa. Reason for Visit. WASHINGTON, November 4. The Secretary of State, Mr. Hull, said that General Hurley was returning to New Zealnm] as Minister via Moscow ami other capitals. His visits were not matters of foreign policy, Mr- Hull said. He hinted that they dealt with other aspects of the war.
