Civil Service College.
The establishment of a staff college and refresher course for the Civil service is recommended by a select committee of the House of Commons. It is proposed that administrative ami professional grades as well as promising members of the executive and clerica grades should lie sent there alter a few years’ service. Hie syllabus including such courses as public administration, economics and social service.
