The British nnd American technical mission appointed Io investigate conditions in (lie ports on the west coast of India and shipping conditions in these ports and other countries, will assemble at. Karachi, according to a New Delhi message. An Inilinn representative will be included for (he investigation of Indian ports. One task of the mission will be to co-ordinate shipping facilities.
