FORBES ARRAIGNED
(Received October 30, 7 p.m.) DALLAS (Texas), October 29. John Wooleott-Forbes and A. V. Dawson were arraigned before the United States Commissioner, Mr. John Davis, and pleaded innocence. They waived the hearing and consented to removal to New York to answer an indictment of forging tlie endorsement on _a United States 'Treasury cheque for 3750 dollars. Irving Garfunkel is held as a material witness. Forbes and Dawson are each under a 10,000-dollar bond and Garfunkel under a 1000-dollar bond.
