Wellington Gets First Prize SOUTH ISLAND DOES WELL The first prize in the “Give It A Go” Art Union, drawn in Wellington yesterday, was won by a Wellington ticket buyer, the first occasion it has gone to the capital for some time. The other four major prizes went to the South Island. ... An unusual feature was the winning of a prize by a ticket bearing an address in Sacramento, California. At the drawing Mr. J. •W. Hutehen represented the Internal Affairs. Department, and Sergeant P. M. Miller the Police Department.
