Ellen Mary McCormick, aged 31, who In September was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within 12 months for an offence under the venereal disease regulations, was charged in the Magistrates’ Court, Wellington, yesterday with failure to comply with medical advice. When arrested she did not regard tlie matter seriously, said the police. Mr. Stout, S.M., senteneeii her to seven days’ hard labour.
