RESIDENTIAL NURSERY
Mrs. L. O. H. Tripp presided at an executive committee meeting of the Residential Nursery, Queen Street, held in Wellington recently. Details of the work were investigated and satisfaction was expressed with .regard to the annual meeting and forthcoming activities. A vote of sympathy with Captain Hargraves and his family was passed ,in their bereavement, high tribute being paid to the lute Mrs. Hargraves, who tor 13 years was president of the KelburnNorthland branch, and was an enthusiastic worker. Thanks were accorded the following for generous support:—Mr. L. O. H. Tripp, £2; Lyall Bay branch, £2O; Berhampore branch, £10; Wadestown branch, £7/9/6; Seatoun branch, £10; and to the following- for gifts in kind :?—Mesdames Davis, Grainger, Ardley, Maule, Edwards and Mason, Misses Adams, Sheppard, McKibbon and Wiltshire, Seatoun branch; Mesdames Thompson, Dunn, Bradley, Fyfe, Marshall and Maxwell, Lyall Bay branch; Miss Betty Booth, and an anonymous donor. .
