The company had paid plaintiff vvorker s compensation to the amount of £2OO/10/o, arid plaintiff gave defendant company credit for this amount. ~ Mr. E. S. Parry, with him Mr. C. M. Turner, appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. G. G. G. Watson for defendant company. After about an hour’s retirement, the jury returned with a verdict for defendant company, and Mr. Justice Johnston entered judgment accordingly.
