Not To Sail In Convoy RIO DE JANEIRO, October 22. President Castieilo told the Press that Argentine shipping would not operate under convoy. He said the Argentine State merchant marine would preferentially be devoted to maintaining supplies for Argentina and Brazil, but because of Argentina’s international position it was necessary for the Argentine fleet to operate under special protection.
