OTTAWA, October 16. Wood liquor, which at present is going out through the waste pipes from paper mills may be converted into alcohol ny injecting yeast and certain salts, the munitions and supply spokesmen told Pressmen. He added that Canadian distilleries had been ordered to h_alt the production of beverage spirits and to convert their entire .output to war purposes.
