ON SCHOOLING LIST
Dominion Special Service. CHRISTCHURCH, October 15. Advice has been received that Desert Maid, who has given trouble at the start of several races this season, has been placed on the schooling list by the Racing Conference, following an unfavourable report by the stipendiary steward after the Dunedin fixture. This will mean that Desert Maid, who is an acceptor for Washdyke, and also for Trentham, will not be able to fulfil her engagements. Some riding engagements made for Saturdav’s meeting at Washdyke are:—A. E. Ellis’Milton Abbas: A. Kerr, Sally Lunn; W. F. Ellis. King Herod; C. Wilson, Eulogist. Last Effort. Arabian Night; A.
