NEW YORK, October 14. Mr. Wendell Willkie told the New York “Herald TriLune” that he intends to make a full, frank and candid report to the American people, possibly on the radio, discussing the second front and also rules of censorship pertaining to news transmitted to the United States. The Consolidated CS7 four-motored air transport in which Mr. Willkie circled the world travelled 30,917 miles in Kill hours. It was the first round-the-world passenger (light, via the North Pacific.
