Corrigan, sold a plentiful sup ply of lovely floral posies among the 80odd guests who attended. hi„ n ms Now that a wide variety , ot blooms is available, the committee proposes to have similar stalls at future league gat - erings, the proceeds going to a fund to finance parcels tor men servin o in the Middle East. Mrs. J. A. Doctor, president, welcomed two visiting members from the Auckland and Wanganui branches. Mis. Merritt and Miss Dunlop. ■ A savoury luncheon was setved. tiOM ias, hyacinths, camellias and maidenhair fern making an effective centrepiece tor the table, and massed flower effects were used elsewhere about the room.
