Intention To Proclaim A

Parliament Reported

(British Official Wireless.) ' RUGBY, August 31.

According to reliable reports from Oslo, the leaders of the national Samliii" (the Norwegian Quisling party) have almost completed preparations for the proclamation of a parliament during a big Quisling rally, which has been called for September 25 to 27 to celebrate the second anniversary of Quisling’s assumption of power. Since no elections can be held, the principle of the Quisling parliament will be that of delegation from the main organization and associations in the country.
