Dominion Conference At

Christianity in relation to other spheres of life, its effect on the family, and its value as a national influence, is the ehiet topic at present being discussed by auxiliary members of the New Zealand Student Christian Movement at the movement’s twenty-second annual conference. . . The conference, which is being _ attended by representatives from various parts of the Dominion, has been in session at Mallis House, Lower Hutt, since Saturday, and will conclude on Frinay morning. Questions and discussions nine followed each speaker's address, and special sessions have been held at which ideas and themes have been formulate. The .Rev. If. 11. Robertson, director ‘ t the campaign for Christian order, who was the first speaker, discussed “Christianity as an Ethic.” Others participating are Mrs. A. B. Cochran, Mr. F. G. Engel, general secretary of the S.C.M., and Mi. Higgins. _ # Dr. IV. A. Riddell, High Commissioner in New Zealand lor Canada, will be the chief speaker today, his subject being Christianity in relation to a world.order, and the Rev; H. W. Newell will address the conference tomorrow. Arclijwon 3. R. Young, Wanganui, and Mr. F. Cotterell, are presiding.
