WHAT QUISLING FOUND IN RUSSIA
(Received August 6, 9.45 p.m.) LONDON, August 5. It is learned that Major Quisling visited the Leningrad front early this summer. He fouud the Norwegian scratch battalion, which left Norway SOO strong, dwindled to 150. The remnant's have since been withdrawn.
