BERLIN COMMUNIST GROUPS DIE
(Keceived August <i, 9.35 p.m.) LONDON, August 5. Black Guards nrrested 400 Communists from workingmen’s districts in Berlin, of whom more (han 200 wore shot, says "The Times” correspondent on the German frontier. The Gestapo recently detected renewed political activity, and ordered file arrests.
