Issue Of Fuel In Britain (British Official Wireless.) (Received August 2, 9 p.m.) RUGBY, August 1. In view of the necessity for conserving not only fuel, but also vehicles and tyres, the consumption of fuel of all kinds will be controlled after September 1, the Ministry of War Transport announces. This means that fuels of all kinds already rationed will be issued only under licence, and then only for essential use.
