ALLEGED THEFT OF £331

A charge of failing lo account for £331 13/5 to AVoolworths (N.Z.), Ltd., thereby committing theft, was preferred in the Magistrates' Court, Wellington, yesterday. against Raymond John Walts, Air Force sergeant, aged 28. The offence is alleged to have been committed in Wellington on or about March 7, 1941. Applying. for a remand till August 26, Detective-Sergennt W.
