Japanese Activities CHUNGKING, July 29. The Provisional Korean Government reported that more than 20,000 peasants from northern Korea have been forced by the Japanese to work on engineering projects, including the building of expansion of underground aerodromes and hangars in the Rashin and Yuki area, which is near Vladivostok.
