WELLINGTON ROSE SHOW
A tine display of roses is expected at the Wellington Horticultural Society’s rose show in the Town Hall on Wednesday. . The show will be opened officially at 3 p.m. by Dr. Riddell, High Commissioner for the Dominion of Canada in New Zealand. The roses will be associated with sueh flowers of early summer us pansies, violas, sweet peas and lupins. The trade displays and decorative work alone promise- to make a visit to the show well worth while, for few flowers respond to the hand of the artist so readily as the rose
