ISTANBUL, November 14. Travellers from Bucharest report that the earthquake damage in the oilfields was much greater than has beenadmitted. Tlie Capinii refineries are completely out of action, storage tanks at two places were destroyed and pipelines between I’loesti and Constnuza broken for several hundred yards.
