OILFIELDS DAMAGE
Greater Than At First Reported
ISTANBUL, November 14. Travellers from Bucharest report that the earthquake damage in the oilfields was much greater than has beenadmitted. Tlie Capinii refineries are completely out of action, storage tanks at two places were destroyed and pipelines between I’loesti and Constnuza broken for several hundred yards. A German technical commission has arrived to examine the damage and supervise the urgent work of reconsti notion. ANTONESCU IN ROME ROME, November 14. Signor Mussolini and Count Ciano, Foreign Minister, met General Antonescu, Prime Minister of Rumania, on his arrival at the railway station, which was decorated for the occasion. Mussolini mid General Antonescu conferred in the afternoon.
