Court Of Arbitration WELLINGTON FIXTURES Fixtures for the silling of the Court ot Arbitration in Wellington were made yesterday. The Court will be fully engaged in hearing disputes, appeals and applications till the end of rhe second week in December, and will resume in February after the vacation. The following fixtures for the hearing of industrial disputes were uiade : — Dominion harbour board employees dispute: December 10 and succeeding davs. Dominion (except Northern. Nelson and Westland) front-oi'-house employees dispute: November 22. Dominion pasteurizing and bottling factories employees' dispute: December 6. .... i. Dominion shop assistants (fruit, cake aud confectionery > dispute: February. Dominion local bodies motor and horse drivers' dispute: November IJ. Dominion dairy factories employees dispute: November 18. . Dominion woollen mills employees dispute: November 27. 28 and 29. Wellington local bodies labourers dispute: November 15. New Zealand milk products dispute (Otago and Southland): Thursday. Conciliation Agreements. Complete agreements in Conciliation Council were reported in the following disputes, and awards are to be made accordingly:— . iWellington Indies’ hairdressers dispute. . .. Wellington male hairdressers dispute. Wellington City Council motor and horse drivers' dispute. Wellington public accountants employees' dispute. . Wellington City hire brigade otheeis dispute. . . In the ease of the Wellington laundry workers' dispute, recommendations are to lie made to the Court, for the adoption oi the existing award for a further period. The Napier Harbour Board labourers dispute was referred to Napier.
