Moscow’s Experience

LONDON, November 11.

It is now known that the earthquakes were felt- far beyond the borders of Rumania. .Moscow has just announced that the strongest shock ever recorded there was felt early today, but there was no serious damage and no casualties. The shock was felt most in southern Russia, specially at Odessa. The earlier shock was felt strongly in Bessarabia and in the Ukraine, where damage and casualties are reported. The British Legation in Bucharest escaped with only minor damage and all the members of thp staff are safe.
