The final meeting for the year of the Wellington College Old Girls’ Association's Social Service Club was held recently. Mrs. AV. 0. Urquhart presided and Miss E. Al. North, principal of the college, was present. The programme, which was arranged by Misses Beryl Stewart and Eelyn Conder, included songs by Miss Millicent Dickie, accompanied by Mrs. Code, and an amusing one-act farce by members of the drama club. The play “Old Afoore's Almanac.” by John Pearmain, was rend by Misses Barbara Basham, Patricia Tuns. Roma Bitossi. Eelyn Conder and Beryl Stewart. with Miss Lilian Al'itcliell reading stage directions. Supper was served by I he commit tee members.
