Donation To Funds Of Society (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, -May 9. In view of many calls for assistance which would be made on the British Sailors’ Society, it was decided at a meeting of the Shipwreck Society of New Zealand today to make a donation of MOO to the funds of the society. Last year it received an appeal and made a donation of £5O, but it was decided not to wait this year for an appeal to be received. A donation of £l5 15/- was also made to the local branch of the Seamen's Mission. 1
