APOLLO WOMEN'S CLUB

A large number of members and friends spent a very happy evening when the Apollo Women's Club met recently. The programme included a pianoforte duet by Mr. and Mrs. L. Muir; songs by Miss Melvyn Aston and Mrs. Howard Hodgkinson; vocal duets by Mrs. O. Turner and Mrs. L. Muir; elocutionary items by Miss Vernice Aston, Mr. R. Burgess and .Mr. C. Muir ; and a humorous dialogue by Mrs. L. Muir and Mr. C. Muir. All the items were very much enjoyed. The evening concluded with supper served by members of the club.
