RESUMPTION OF OUTWARD CALLS
(Received May S, 10.15 p.m.) ; LONDON, May 8. An Amsterdam message states that outgoing international telephone' calls will be resumed at 8 a.m. It is officially stated that the suspension was because the Government was using the lines. All tlie Dutch radio stations are silent.
