BREAKING AND ENTERING ADMITTED
Blending guilty to two charges of breaking and entering and theft, George Henry Smith, labourer, aged 58. was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence when lie .appeared before Mr. Stout, S.3L, in the Magistrates’ Court. Wellington, yesterday. Smith was charged with breaking and entering the houses of William Du Hois Ferguson and A. B. Bownail. both in Parade Road. Baekakariki, on February 28.
