DIVORCE PETITIONS

Olive Gwendoline Bird, failure to comply with decree for restitution lof conjugal rights; Mavis Margarota Jenkins (Mr. R. L. A. Cresswell) v. William Russell Jenkins, separation ; Charles Arthur Moore (Mr. A. J. Mazengarb) v. Florence Elizabe.'h Moore, desertion. In the case of Norma Larkin (Mr. A. J. Mazengarb) v. Henry Ray Naylor Larkin (.Mr. Sievwright), petitioner withdrew the prayer of her separation for divorce on the grounds of separation, and respondent was granted a decree nisi on his answer, respondent being granted custody of the two elder children.
Restitution of Conjugal Hights.
The following decrees for the restitution of conjugal rights, to be complied with within 14 days, were also made:— Roy Neil Tibble (Mr. E. Parry) v. Jean Tibble; Vera Joyce Hill (Mr. J. A. Scott) v. Leighton McLeod Hill; William Wylie-James (.Mr. W. B. Brown) v. Gwendoline Mavis Wylie-James; Lionel Clifford Nimmo (Mr, G. W. Mellish) v. Edna Louise Beatrice Nimmo; Jack MeCJifford Cleland (Mr. G. Joseph) v. Olga Jessie Cleland.
