“In future, prosecutions must be taken to put a stop to this dangerous practice,” reported the trajc inspector of the Heathcote county (Canterbury) to a meeting of the council on the subject of boys ami their trolleys continuing to worry residents and o be a danger to traffic anti pedestrians on Cashmere Hills. The inspector said he had cleared out several “gangs” and given warnings, but the practice persisted.
