Britain’s Need Of Wheat (From "The Dominion.” May 8, 1915). The Marquis of Crewe, speaking in the House of Lords, said that India had grown four million acres in wheat m excess of the previous- year. He hoped that Hie exportable surplus would be at least two million tons, or sufficient to prevent anything like a panic in Great Britain. * « * The Sydney Couservatorium of Music lias opened in the ball part of tbe old Government House.
