H. Kersley, at the annual meeting. “It Is a bit like draining Hie old oil out of a ear.” After several other humorous references h.v Commander Kersley, who is a donor himself, .Dr. C. T. Hand Newton, who presided, said that the branch was to be congratulated on having a secretary who was not only efficient but such a cheerful secretary.
