Belgium Warns Against Invasion BRUSSELS, Maty 5. The Premier, M. Pierlot, in a speech, said: “Only an attack against Belgium's frontier or an equivalent act incompatible with the nation’s dignity and security will make us break the pact of peace binding us to all our neighbours. Belgium is no longer a battlefield open to all (belligerents. It is a fortified camp defended by an army against all invaders.” The Brussels correspondent of “The Times” says that the Resist (Fascist) Party is bordering on disintegration. Many Resist Parliamentarians and provincial and municipal representatives are resigning as a result of -the proGermanism of the leader, M. Degrelie.
