Sellers of sums of money totalling £67(15. The second was of having obtained, by false pretence, from one E. A. Batt, money totalling £2094. The third, fourth and fifth counts concerned a cheque for £750 which Sellers drew on the Racing Conference No. 2 account. The sixth and seventh counts were of alleged attempts to obtain money from two men by false pretences. The grand jury was empanelled as follows :— Walter Eraneis Drake (foreman I. True bills were returned in all the cases as follows: Gordon Percy Aston and Harvey Maitland Chrystall, alleged conspiracy to defraud. Michael Joseph Cleary, alleged unnatural offence. Borueh Najmark, alleged theft. M illiam Peter Anderson, alleged theft. iv-n'o 1 1111111 Maitland, Clarence Child and William Robertson Hislop, alleged attempted breaking, entering and theft. Kenneth Stanley Clement, alleged assault, causing actual bodily harm, and alleged assault with intent; to do grievous bodily harm. Richard Samuel Thomas, alleged attempted unlawful carnal knowledge, and alleged indecent assault. Douglas Luwrie. alleged attempted unlaw! ul carnal knowledge, and alleged indecent assault.
