TROOP MOVEMENTS IN GERMANY

Through Rhineland Towara Coast LONDON, May 2. French sources report continual German troop movements through the Rhineland toward Hamburg, Bremen and Denmark. Swedish Press reports from Kaunas say that military preparation and troop ship activity at Memel and other East Prussian ports have ceased. On the Western Front a French official communique states: "There has been activity on the part of contact units. An encounter between patrols in the Vosges area turned to our advantage.”
