Limited, Ju' was knowingly a parly to Ute company’s default i.i failing to deliver to the Registrar of Companies a return of Hie allotment to Altin James Robinson, farmer. Maltlnmta. of 100 shares in the. company within one month of the allotment, eontrarv to a section of the Companies Act, 1033.
