Grand Climax To Week Of Festivities The concluding event iu a week of highlights for students of Victoria University College took place last night, when the Capping Ball was held iu tlie Mayfair Cabaret, after the capping ceremony in the Town Hall. Among the hundreds of students and their friends present were the 141 graduates, who were guests of the evening. The college colours, green and gold, were represented by the massed icelaud poppies which decorated the cabaret. Dancing went with a swing, ami the ball, which concluded at a late hour, was voted among the most successful held to date. Tlie conveners, who superintended arrangements, were Miss P. Higgln and Mr. I. McAllister. Among those present were Professor and Miss Kirk, Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Hearnslutw. Mr. and Mrs. AV. P.
