Nations
NEED FOR VIGOROUS ACTION (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, A lay 1. He added that he bad never made any concealment of his own conviction that the enemy was truly formidable. The Prussian military machine had always been highly organized and perfected to the last detail. “Faced with a powerful and ruthless enemy, we, on our side, have certain material advantages," he said. “Our resources, and those of our Allies and the Dominions, are infinitely greater than those of onr enemy. But it is not enough to be content will) the existence of these great resources and to repeat that time is on onr side. Time has to be harnessed. We have to marshal our resources rapidly and vigorously. Nothing less than the greatest effort of which our people are capable will ensure victory."
