CAUSED WORKMAN TO BE INJURED
Motorist Fined X2 Dominion Special Service. M.ASTI4KTON, May 2. Charged with driving a vehicle without exercising due care. Neil Edward Gundy appeared today in the Magistrates Court, Mastertou. before Mr. Lawry. S.M. A line of £‘2. with costs IQ/-, was inflicted. Senior-Scrgcii’nt G. A. Doggett &tiui thv charge arose out of an accident which had occurred at the 'l'e Ore Orc lloadTotara Street corner, when a county employee was injured through lining thrown off a county lorry. The swerve of the lorry which threw off tile workman was necessary to avoid a collision with Ouiidy’s'ear. Gmwly had entered.a plea o; guilty, and had given every assistance.
