Yesterday’s Reports Wellington.— Overcast mid cool with a light northerly breeze. The minimum temperature on Monday night was 46.5 degrees, and the maximum yesterday was 56.2 degrees. Masterton.—-A fine day, with some light and hazy cloud. Temperatures were cool, and there was a light northerly breeze. Napier and Hastings.— Fine and calm. Waipukurau.—A bright, sunny day., with a maximum temperature of 65 degrees. Barometer reading 1018.6 millibars. Auckland.— Fine and sunny, with a moderate south-west wind. Barometric pressure fell slightly, the 5 p.m. reading being 1022 millibars. Christchurch. — The' weather was fine but cloudy. The maximum temperature was 51.3 degrees. A light south-west wind .prevailed. The’ barometer fell slightly to 1017.7 millibars at 5 p.m. Dunedin. — The sun shone at intervals, ami conditions were for the most part mild. The maximum temperature was 54 degrees. There was practically no wind, 'rhe barometer fell steadily to 1019 millibars.
