Intoxication In Charge Of Car On Private Road Dominion Special Service. NAPIER, April 30. "It is no offence to be intoxicated in charge of a car on a private road, even though the Act does not make that distinction,” said Mr. J. Miller, S.M., ‘during the hearing of a ease in Hie Magistrates’ Court, Napier. “It cannot, be an offeiice io drive a cur on a private road inside a paddock,” lie added.
