Auckland Boxing Season Opens (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, April 29. _ The Auckland Boxing Association's season opened witli n series oi contests. The main bout was between tiie professional lightweights, Corporal Jack Jarvis (Trantham Military Camp) ami Young Gildo (Pliillipine Islands). Gildo won on points at the end of twelve threeminute rounds.
