TWO PRISONERS ESCAPE

Both Later Recaptured By Telegraph—Press Association. GREYMOUTH, March 20. Herbert Thomas Raxworthy, aged 24, labourer, and Robert Charles Howell Green, alias Robert Blythe, aged 26, seaman, escaped from the cells at the Greymouth police station during the night. Raxworthy was sentenced yesterday to four months’ imprisonment ou two charges of converting cars and one of theft. Green was ou remand on a charge of theft. Tire two prisoners were recaptured today near Reefton.
