Turkish General Elections

ANKARA, March 26.

The results of the elections for the Grand National Assembly show a defeat of the late President Kemal Ataturk’s regime. The 424 deputies elected include 14 women.

The Assembly is to meet on April 3 to renew the mandate of President Inanu, Ataturk’s successor, for four years.
