Demonstration In Westport Today By Telegraph—Press Association. WESTPORT, March 27. Preparations have been made on a large scale for the demonstration tomorrow by modern machinery of farm clearing and cultivation. The plant to be used includes a treedozer, angledozer, bulldozer, double drum winch, disc plough, clutching machine, a specially designed mole drainage machine, specially designed geared stump puller, heavy duty rooter, earth borer, caterpillar Diesel tractors, portable cranes, pneumatic portable cross-cut saw, aud a log splitter. Visitors from a very wide area are coming to Westport. Messrs. Webb, Semple and Lee Martin will represent the Government. Gough, Gough aud Hamer, who are giving the demonstration, have issued invitations to 800 people, in addition to issuing a general invitation to the public to attend. The mayor, Mr. J. Kilkenny, has asked business people to observe a holiday.
