BAND AND REVUE
Young Australian Party Entertains The audience at the New Opera House last night, attending to see and hear the revue and stage baud performances by the Young Australians, were amazed that boys in their ’teens should present such a polished and brilliant programme. This show is something unique in the entertainment sphere, and the high standard of every artist explains why the show has had such wonderful successes in other parte of the world. As indicative of their popularity outside Australia, they had to have the “house full'’ sign displayed outside the theatre in Johannesburg, South Africa, in which they appeared for every one of their 78 consecutive performances. The public of New Zealand has been quick to appreciate these remarkable boys and Wellington, if the applause at last night’s performances points to anything, is enjoying their excellent comedy, dancing. impersonations, and music by the band. The Young Australians perform nightly, beginning at 8 o'clock, and will present matinees tomorrow and Saturday, beginning at 2.15 p.m.
